What We Do

Complete gate & access control services

From one barrier arm to an entire community entrance, we handle the equipment, the wiring, the site work and the upkeep, so your board has one accountable partner.

Barrier Arm Operators

Installation, replacement and repair of commercial barrier gate operators, arms and LED arm lighting for entrances and exits.

Swing & Slide Gate Operators

New operators, retrofits and repairs for vehicle and pedestrian gates, including safety sensors and photo eyes.

Entry & Access Systems

Keypads, card and fob readers, remote transmitters and telephone entry and call box systems for residents, guests and vendors.

Vehicle Loops & Detectors

Loop installation, detector tuning and troubleshooting so gates open for residents and stay safely open while vehicles pass.

Equipment Pads & Site Work

Demolition of old equipment, reinforced concrete pads, conduit, junction boxes and wiring runs, all in one scope.

Owner-Supplied Installs

Already purchased equipment from a supplier? We install, program and test it, and spell out the scope clearly in writing.

Repairs & Service Calls

Diagnostics and repair for arms that stick, gates that won't close, damaged arms after vehicle strikes and failed components.

Storm Prep & Recovery

Pre-season checks and post-storm inspections to get entrances working again after hurricanes, flooding and power surges.

Preventive Maintenance

Maintenance plans for HOA communities

Most gate failures start small. A scheduled maintenance agreement catches worn parts, loose connections and drifting settings before they leave residents stuck at the gate, and gives your board predictable costs.

FAQ

Questions boards and managers ask us

Can you install equipment our association already purchased?
Yes. Many communities buy operators and arms directly from a supplier. We install, program and test that equipment, and our estimate clearly separates our installation scope from the owner-supplied equipment so warranty responsibilities are clear.
Do you handle the concrete pad and demolition too?
Yes. We can remove the existing operator, demolish the old pad, pour a new reinforced equipment pad with conduit stubbed in, and complete the installation, so your board manages one contractor instead of three.
What do your maintenance plans include?
Scheduled inspections, lubrication and adjustments, safety device and loop testing, and a written report after every visit. Higher-tier plans add priority scheduling, storm inspections and discounted repair rates. Each plan is customized after a free site assessment.
How do your estimates help with board approval?
Our estimates are itemized line by line with a clear scope of work, timeline and written terms. That makes them easy to present at a board meeting and to compare against other bids.
What happens if a vehicle hits our barrier arm or gate?
Call us. We'll assess the damage, secure or restore operation as quickly as possible, and provide documentation and an itemized repair estimate you can use for insurance or reimbursement from the responsible party.
Will our gate be down during the work?
Some downtime is usually needed, especially when a new concrete pad must cure. We'll give you an estimated timeline in advance so you can notify residents and plan alternate access or coverage.
